Here is super clean! the staff were really friendly and helped me switch my room from having two separate beds to one big cozy bed. My room came with a satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe – everything you need for a comfy stay. 🌟

Well-equipped property, has efficient staff with my request to change my room from twinbed to double bed. The best and convenient location in Medan, near restaurants with local food, and the tunnel.

Comfortable rooms, strong internet, huge breakfast buffet, helpful staff, convenient location.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The hotel's WiFi was reliable and the breakfast had a wide variety of options, all of which were delicious. The staff at the restaurant, despite not all being fluent in English, were always accommodating and ready to assist. my stay at Four Points was wonderful.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of fresh juices and delicious food. the hotel had a very convenient location, close to several local restaurants and shops, making it easy for me to explore the city. the room was spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable stay.

The elevators operated by the room key were a bit restrictive, limiting access to other floors and causing inconvenience when trying to meet up with friends staying on different floors. some members of the staff didn't seem very friendly or approachable, which detracted from the overall experience.
